Roll-forming involves processing in which steel tubing passes through several rollers -- also called roll forming, cold-roll forming, and cold rolling. In roll-forming, a fully automated system feeds metallic sheets (coil materials) automatically into molding machines for processing before discharge as molded products. Compared to sheet metal working and pressing, roll-forming is very fast.

Roll forming processes products into different shapes and, when repeated, transforms products into complex shapes. All shapes, applications, steel types, dimensions, accuracy, and operating environments are available in MTO manufacturing.
