Provide information when customer register an account

• Name of customer
• Address
• Mail address
• Phone number
• Picture and/or moving picture posted from customer to our service by using camera we provide

Utilization of personal information

FaroStar publishes collected personal information in advance or may utilize it within the scope of the purpose of utilization so far as it is needed to perform task.

Purpose of utilization is as follows

1. To provide the service and contract procedures
2. To display function of our providing service and contents for customer
3. To analyze the information
4. To respond to inquiries

Third party provision

FaroStar does not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining an individual's consent in advance unless otherwise stated in the following cases herein;

based on laws;

• there is a need to protect a human life, body or fortune, and when it is difficult to obtain Principal's consent;
• there is special need to enhance public hygiene or promote fostering healthy children, and when it is difficult to obtain Principal's consent; and
• there is a need to cooperate in regard to a central government organization or a local government, or a person entrusted by them performing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and when there is a possibility that obtaining Principal's consent would interfere with the performance of the said affairs.

Management of personal information

1. FaroStar makes effort to keep personal information accurate and to manage it safely.
2. FaroStar take appropriate action for the security control of personal information to protect against loss, damage, falsification or leaks, also review properly.
3. In case FaroStar contract out personal information to a third party, we select a third party who can handle personal information properly and supervise third party with concluding contract or other appropriate action to ensure safe information management.
